The present writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued under Section 205 (1) (a) of Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act,1994, as against the writ petitioner, who was then functioning as the Panchayat President.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has passed away. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 2/4
