Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to alter or modify the timing of the bus route No.10B or any other vehicle from 8.30a.m to 8.10a.m so as to enable the students of the villagers situated between Kavalkaranpatti Samathuvapuram to Kaikatti to reach Palakurichi before 9.15a.m.(the school timing) starting from Manaparai to Palakkurichi.

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice] The petitioner seeks alteration of bus timings so as to enable the school children from the petitioner's locality to avail of the services and attend school.

2.The petitioner has claimed to have made a written representation which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered.

W.P.(MD) No.1101 of 2020 3.Since the respondents 2 and 3 are represented by Mr.P.Balasubramanian, learned counsel, the 3rd respondent Deputy Manager (Commercial) of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Trichy Region is directed to consider any written representation that the petitioner may make within four weeks from date. Such representation will be considered by the 3rd respondent in appropriate perspective and a reasoned decision should be communicated to the petitioner within six weeks of the date of receipt of the petitioner's representation. If the 3rd respondent deems it unviable to accede to the petitioner's request, due reasons therefore should be communicated to the petitioner within the time frame.

4.W.P.(MD) No.1101 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
