This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Thiruvaiyaru to expeditiously hear the Original Suit in O.S.No.151 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvaiyaru.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/plaintiff is a senior citizen and a privilege may be given to him to attain the fruits of the case and the suit is of the year 2012 and the respondents are dragging on the proceedings. Therefore, he seeks a direction for early disposal.

4. There shall be a direction to the District Munsif Court, Thiruvaiyaru to follow the circulars issued by this Court in R.O.C.No. 3793A/2010/B5/ Statistics dated 11.08.2010 and R.O.C.NO.984/2015/RG/B5 dated 25.02.2016 and give an early disposal.

5. In fine, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
