: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to withdraw the case in Crime No.18 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent and transfer the investigation to the fourth respondent or any other agency and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit.

ORDER

Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation from the third respondent to the fourth respondent or any other agency.

3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the investigation is over and referred charge sheet has been filed as 'mistake of fact' on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

05.08.2015 in R.C.S.No.9 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate NO.1, Karur. He would further submit that since the petitioner has refused to receive the referred charge sheet notice, the same has been pasted at the door. It is left open to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for his relief.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
