Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to give suitable police protection to the petitioner to harvest the paddy crops cultivated in petitioner's land in SF.No.2/2 situated in Melakaikudi village, Kudaloor Group, RS.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in the third and fourth week of January 2026 based on the decree in OS.No.67 of 2015 on the file of the learned DMC, Thiruvadanai.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to give suitable police protection to the petitioner to harvest the paddy crops cultivated in petitioner's land in SF.No.2/2 situated in Melakaikudi village, Kudaloor Group, RS.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in the third and fourth week of January 2026 based on the decree in OS.No.67 of 2015 on the file of the learned DMC, Thiruvadanai. 2.Whenever the petitioner is harvesting the paddy crops, he is directed to give prior written submission before the respondents. On considering the same, respondents shall grant permission based on the Civil Court decree in S.F.No.2/2 situated in Melakaikudi village, Kudaloor Group, RS.Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
