RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant further time of Two weeks to the petitioner for complying the order dated 05.01.2018 made in Crl.OP(MD)NO. 123/2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KATHIRESAPERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.123 of 2018, dated 05.01.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the poverty condition, the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
