This court by an order dated 19.06.2017 has passed as conditional order directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in the EP account on or before 29.06.2017 and the balance amount of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 07.07.2017. It is represented that the conditional order is not complied with.

Consequently CMP(MD).No.4162 of 2017 is dismissed and CMP (MD).No.4857 of 2017 is allowed.
