This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint, dated 25.06.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner/defacto complainant is not co-operating with enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry.

4. Considering the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
