O R D E R

When the matter is taken for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on a complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in C.No.03/Ptn/C2- L & O/PS/MC/2020. The respondent police enquired the father of the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, who are the sisters of the petitioner and after enquiry, it was found that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the 4th and 5th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

respondents with regard to the properties and during the enquiry, the petitioner's father has expressed his unwillingness to go along with the petitioner and he has also agreed to go along with his daughter, Jayakumari, the fifth respondent herein and the petitioner was advised to settle the dispute through appropriate forum. Recording the same, the enquiry had been closed. 2.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
