Dr.M.D.POORNACHARI, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court.

2.This Court, vide order dated 25.10.2021 in Crl.MP(MD)No.8756 of 2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9790 of 2021, has modified the condition imposed on the petitioners and directed them to appear before the respondent / CBI, Chennai, once in a fortnight at 10.30 am. This order was subsequently modified and by order dated 09.02.2022 in Crl.MP(MD)No.2101 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9790 of 2021, the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent / CBI, Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am.

3.It is represented that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. Moreover, the case has been charge sheeted. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the respondent / CBI, Chennai, as and when required for interrogation. 2/3
