This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to the third respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 13.06.2015. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) on instructions would submit that no petition is received by the third respondent police.

3.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police on 23.07.2015, along with a copy of the complaint, dated 13.06.2015. The third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and also directed to register F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted. 4.With the above direction, this petition is disposed.
