Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No.207 of 2015 on the file of the respondent No.4 and entrust the same to respondent No.2 or any other police official other then the respondent No.4 for proper investigation and file charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

This petition is filed seeking to to direct the respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No.207 of 2015 on the file of the respondent No.4 and entrust the same to respondent No.2 or any other police official other then the respondent No.4 for proper investigation and file charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 17.08.2015 and RCS also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
