ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to the second respondent, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District not to harass them under the guise of an enquiry.

Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions would submit that the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent was registered as current paper in C.No.677/HOP/SDO-TYR/2023 dated 24.09.2023 and after conducting preliminary enquiry, the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
