ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.17524 of 2019.

2. The petitioner has been directed to appear before the High Court Police Station daily. The case arises under POCSO Act. The victim is a resident of Kombai Village, Theni District.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that the condition imposed on him may be relaxed. He gives an undertaking that the petitioner will not enter Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District. He will not come in contact with the victim in any mode.

4. It is made clear that if this undertaking is breached, this Court will not hesitate to cancel the bail granted in favour of the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

6. Recording the petitioner's undertaking, the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.17524 of 2019 on 17/12/2019 is relaxed.
