This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry based upon the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.12.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the private respondents enquiry has been conducted in CSR No. 676 of 2024 and the same was closed.
