This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint, dated 16.06.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions would submit there is a division in the jurisdiction and therefore, a direction may be issued to the petitioner give a fresh complaint to the concerned police.

3. Considering the said submission, liberty is given to the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the concerned police since the earlier complaint was given to the erstwhile police. As and when the complaint is given, the concerned police, will look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
