SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side), the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16843 of 2017, dated 07.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 27.12.2017 to till date regularly. He further submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case.

(Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate Court once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
