ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. 2.The case on hand pertains to guardianship rights over the children of the first respondent herein. The first respondent got married to one Somasundaram. Through the wedlock two children (Dhanuska and Sai Shanmugasundaram) were born. Somasundaram had passed away. The petitioner who is the sister of Somasundaram filed G.O.P.No. 76 of 2022 before the Principal District Judge, Dindigul seeking guardianship rights. It appears that as of now the daughter Dhanuska is with the petitioner. Whereas the son Sai Shanmugasundaram is with the first respondent.

3.Guardianship matters will have to be speedily disposed of. In this view of the matter, the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul is 2/4

directed to dispose of G.O.P.No.76 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
