ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram to dispose of the case in C.C.No.212 of 2023 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though final report in C.C.No.212 of 2023 was filed by the respondent Police in Crime No.214 of 2021 of Radhapuram Police Station, Tirunelveli, there is no progress in the trial of the case and on account of the same, the petitioner is unable to get a passport from the concerned authorities. The Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.Nos.212 of 2023 & 213 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
