O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.56 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent and to file final report as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records available.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.56 of 2013, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce the original documents needed and to co-operate for the investigation.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
