ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Radhapuram, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.515 of 2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though a final report in C.C.No.515 of 2022 was filed by the Inspector of Police, Radhapuram Police Station, wayback in the year 2022, till date, there is no progress in the case.
3. Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that C.C.No.515 of 2022 is connected with C.C.No.212 of 2022, in which the present petitioner is an accused.
4. Since the cases are pending from the year 2022, the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, is directed to dispose of both the cases in C.C.No. 515 of 2022 and C.C.No.212 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
