PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif, Aundipatti, for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.125 of 2012 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aundipatti within time frame fixed by this Court.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction learned District Munsif, Aundipatti, to expedite the trial in O.S.No. 125 of 2012 and dispose of the same within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The suit is of the year 2012 and it is filed for the relief 2/5

of partition and separate possession. The suit is in the stage of cross examination of D.W.1.

4. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to learned District Munsif, Aundipatti to follow the circulars issued by this Court in R.O.C.No. 3793A/2010/B5/ Statistics dated 11.08.2010 and R.O.C.NO.984/2015/RG/B5 dated 25.02.2016 and give an early disposal.

5. In fine, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
