45 of 2019: To suspend the sentence passed against the petitioners by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy dated 31/07/2018 in C.A.NO.69 of 2017 by confirming the judgment dated 24/07/2017 in C.C.NO.77 of 2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate NO.V, Trichy and release the petitioners on bail till the disposal of the above revision petition and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1289 of 2019 in Crl.RC(MD)No.45 of 2019, dated 18.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.RC (MD)No.45 of 2019, dated 18.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relax the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.RC (MD)No.45 of 2019, dated 18.02.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy, first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
