Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) r/w Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying to modify the order of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil made in Crl.M.P.No.50 of 2023 on 04.01.2023 to report before the Sub Inspector of Police, Kanyakumari Police Station, Kanyakumari District daily twice at 10.00 am and 05.00 pm to the effect that they have to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am forthwith.
