This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.308 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records available.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.308

of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
