Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUPANDIAN.A.P., Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition 6 Clause (B) in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17901 of 2021, dated 14.12.2022.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioners, the condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17901 of 2021, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.835 of 2023 Police Station on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
