Proposed Accused PRAYER: Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records relating to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.4511 of 2019 dated 04.11.2019 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedachandur, to set aside the same as illegal.

ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedachandur, in Cr.M.P.No.4511 of 2019 dated 04.11.2019, thereby dismissing the petition filed for seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of the entire complaint and the allegations made in the complaint, it revealed that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 1 to 4 with regard to property. They are all close relatives. The entire dispute is civil in nature and the Court below rightly rejected the complaint lodged by the petitioner and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court in manner known to law, if so advised.
