This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet in HS.No.719 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2022 will be considered in the next meeting.
