This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to issue administrative sanction considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.11.2021.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation, dated 25.11.2021 to all the respondents and the competent authority to consider the same is the first respondent. 2/5

3. In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.11.2021, if not considered till date, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands allowed with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
