This petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.492 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already the case in crime No.492 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 30.09.2016 and RCS also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
