This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records relating to the order passed in M.C.1306/Ni.Sa.NA. & KA.Tu.A/M.MA/2019, dated 20.12.2019 by the first respondent detaining the petitioner and to set aside the same as illegal. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, the learned Standing Counsel for Government appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent has passed an order stating that if the accused did not comply with the condition, he should undergo imprisonment for a period of 10 months 03 days i.e. up to 21.10.2020. Since, the period is lapsed, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infrcutuous.
