The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to produce the seized petitioner's vehicle beraing registration No.TN 72 AL 6994 Bajaj Discover Bike and another vehicle bearing registration No.TN 76 L 9795 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli for enabling the petitioner to get back custody of the vehicle in connection with Crime No.254 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the vehicle concerned is not produced before the jurisdictional court till now. He further submitted that it is suffice that a direction may be issued to the respondent police to produce the same before the jurisdictional court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel, the respondent police is directed to produce the vehicle bearing registration No. No.TN 72 AL 6994 Bajaj Discover Bike and another vehicle bearing registration No.TN 76 L 9795 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
