RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17536 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17535 of 2017, dated 20.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly. He further submitted that after completing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ investigation, charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioners is modified as the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required.
