RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to extend the time in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1585/2019 dated 01/02/2019 for surrendering, executing the bond and produce the sureties.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.SUDHAGAR NAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the order of this Court imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1585 of 2019 dated 01.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. The petitioner could not able to arrange surety within the time stipulated as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.1585 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2019 dated 01.02.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 01.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1585 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
