ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the first respondent had already granted permission dated 13.01.2020 to run the TASMAC shop in Plot No.6, T.S.No.13, Dharmalingam Street, Manaparai, Trichy.

2. In these circumstances, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitoner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 13.01.2020 passed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.1062 of 2020 first respondent. The learned Counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.01.2020 in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
