ORDER

This writ petition was filed to forbear the respondents 2 to 4 from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that there is a pending dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent in O.S.No.107 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Dindigul. That apart, the complaint given by the fifth respondent has already been closed.
