This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.13 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent herein. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is almost over.

3.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Further, perusal of the F.I.R would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner and it cannot be quashed at the threshold. Furthermore, the investigation has already been over and the offence has to be investigated. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R. and the criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.
