331 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent Police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MAHALAKSHMI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11628 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16139 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017 in executing the sureties. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner suffering from virus fever he could not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ able to arrange the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he prays to extend the time.
