RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for furnishing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur as per Anticipatory Bail order of this Honourable Court in Crl.OP.No. 17846 of 2017 by order dated 22.12.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BHARATHY KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17846 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017 in executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner could not get Solvency Certificate from Tahsildar concern in time, he could not able to arrange the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
