TR.CMP(MD)NO.29/2016:- Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code to withdraw and transfer of the Petition in HMOP.No.140 of 2015 from the file of the Subordinate Court of Madurai at Melur Camp to the Honourable Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.PITCHAIRATHINAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.D.SENTHIL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the set aside petition.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
