Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.BANUPRASATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2287 of 2019 on 13.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2287 of 2019 on 13.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2287 of 2019 on 13.02.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 23/04/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
