O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the Charge Sheet in Spl.S.C.No.53 of 2018 on the file of the Mahila Court, Madurai, as against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 376(2) (h), 34 of IPC and Sections 6, 5(m) (g) of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. Though the petition has been filed for Compromise Quash, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is not pressing the petition and also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. However, he seeks a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial within a specified period that may be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the learned Mahila Judge, Madurai is directed to complete the trial in Spl. S.C. No. 53 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
