This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records relating to the F.I.R. in Crime No.1852 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police, dated 06.08.2020 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a Final Report is also filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in C.C.No.8094 of 2023, on 28.08.2023.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
