ORDER

Considering the limited scope of relief sought for, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.

2.This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2024, forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from accepting the petitioner's removal from School Committee of N.A.Annapparaja Memorial Higher Secondary School, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District and to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the 5th respondent from the post of Secretary / Managing Trustee of the said School Committee.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that if the proposal of appointment of the fifth respondent as Secretary of the aforesaid School Committee is received by the respondent authorities and if the same is in order, the same will be duly approved. However, if the petitioner raises any objection, the same will be considered at the time of approving the appointment of the fifth respondent as Secretary of the aforesaid School Committee.

5.In view of the same, this Court direct the first respondent to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fifth respondent at the time of considering the proposal to approve the appointment of the fifth respondent as Secretary, which is dealing with by the first respondent. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
