RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time limit for executing sureties granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 11723 of 2017 vide its order dated 08.09.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11723 of 2017, dated 08.09.2017 in executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner suffering from Jaundice, he could not able to arrange the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Hence, he prays to extend the time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to execute the sureties on or before 13.02.2018. sd/- 02/02/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
