Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he is being repeatedly and successively summoned for enquiry. The incident is said to have taken place some time in December 2020. CCTV footage is available. There is considerable substance in the petitioner's counsel's contention that enquiry should not be indefinitely conducted. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 29.01.2022 at 10.00 am. The second respondent shall conclude the enquiry on the said date itself. The petitioner shall not be summoned in respect of the same subject matter in future. The learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that the petitioner is being physically manhandled. The second respondent will bear in mind that the petitioner is a senior citizen and in any event, no person summoned for enquiry can be physically manhandled.
