ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry.
2. Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent/defacto complainant with the third respondent is registered in C.Nos.1554 and 315 of 2023 and after enquiry, the same were closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
