O RDER This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3 of 2020, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, on the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the case was already disposed of by the trial Court and the petitioners /accused were acquitted all the charges. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
