When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was terminated and the management has not disbursed any benefits. Challenging the same, the petitioner preferred an Industrial Dispute and that was dismissed. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition.

2.During the pendency of this Writ Petition, there was a settlement between the management and the petitioner and the petitioner states that he has received the entire benefits. Recording the statement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
