The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 281 & 125(a) of BNS 2023, in Crime No.572 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offences are bailable in nature.

3. Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police and submit an application. In such a case, the respondent police shall consider for granting station bail on the same day.
